In Windows, Wi-Fi 2 is the interface I get my internet from, and Wi-Fi 4 is the one I'd like to share internet over. I also remember running a hotspot on them a while back. ![]() I checked using netsh wlan show drivers, and they do allow hotspot: Hosted network supported : Yes. However, I am unable to share that connection on another wifi hotspot so that all my other devices can connect (mobile phone, steam deck, etc).īoth USB dongles are TP-Link TL-WN722N, version 1. Using a dish antenna, an inline wifi amplifier, and a USB dongle, I am able to connect my laptop to it more or less reliably. I live in a detached house where the landlord is sharing internet with me via wifi, but the signal's so weak that none of my devices pick it up. I have problems getting WiFi Hotspot internet sharing going on my Windows 10 laptop. I would really appreciate help debugging the following issue. ![]()
